Mrs. Hylton, Mr. Knight, Mrs. Good, and Mrs. Minnick's classes made valentines for the program Hugs for Soldiers. These cards will go to soldier currently serving in the military.

Friday fun in third grade with friction ramps. Students tested 3 types of materials to test which one would have the most friction or least friction. Science is cool!

Our third grade has been learning about reindeer all week for “Reindeer Week”. Today, students used google meet to speak with Mrs. Heidi who lives in Alaska and works with Alaska wildlife. Students enjoyed learning about caribou in Alaska.
Trivia question….do you know the difference between caribou and reindeer? (3rd graders know)
On Monday our KG, 1st, and 5th grade choir students took part in a holiday musical led by Ms. Nauman OES music teacher.
The Green Team Club is selling ornaments this Thursday and Friday in the morning for a $1 and $2. They are raising money for their garden project.
